The desire to want to make a change is essential.
Coaching is used to motivate, encourage, support and break down unhelpful barriers. Whilst hypnotherapy communicates with the sub-conscious mind, to change unwanted habits - utilising the power of positive suggestion, and replacing old thoughts, feelings and behaviours with new ones. Together coaching and hypnotherapy work extremely well, creating the power to make a positive change. I use a variety of techniques, tailoring each session to suit the client’s needs.
I work with both adults and children on a wide range of areas which includes, but not limited to, the following:
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)*
Fear of flying
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)*
